We Research & Quote You

Once we receive your enquiry, we search our international supplier network for your requested item. We come back to you with availability, estimated pricing (including delivery cost), and a delivery timeframe. There is no obligation at this stage.

Confirm Your Order & Pay the Deposit

If you're happy with the quote, you confirm your order and pay a 50% deposit of the total order value. This deposit is what allows us to place the order with our international supplier. Deposit can be paid via EFT, bank transfer, or cash in person (Windhoek).

We Place & Track Your International Order

With your deposit received, we place the order with our supplier and begin tracking it through the international shipping process. We will keep you updated at each stage - from order confirmation, to shipping, to Namibian customs clearance.

Your Order Arrives in Namibia

Once your item clears customs and arrives in Namibia, we notify you immediately. At this point, you pay the remaining 50% of your total order. We then arrange delivery via NamCourier or your preferred courier, or you can collect in person in Windhoek.

Delivered to Your Door

Your order is carefully packaged and dispatched to your delivery address anywhere in Namibia. For Windhoek-based clients, we can also arrange a convenient in-person handover. We confirm once your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information where available.

Most orders take between 3 and 6 weeks from the time your deposit is paid. The exact time depends on supplier availability, international shipping routes, and customs clearance. We will give you a more precise estimate when we confirm your quote.

Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the order has not yet been placed with our supplier, we can typically offer a full refund. Once the order is placed, we may need to deduct supplier cancellation fees. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel.

We inspect all items upon receipt in Namibia. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, we will work to resolve it - either by sourcing a replacement or offering a suitable refund. We take full accountability for quality.

Yes, we maintain a small selection of in-stock items available for immediate purchase or faster delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp to ask about current stock. These items do not require a deposit or waiting period.
